In today’s fast-paced world, millennials may sometimes feel like they are chasing their tails. With their deep desire to contribute, they sometimes leave little time for themselves and tend to burn the candle at both ends. In order to combat the fatigue that often comes with their busy life, they may go to stimulants like coffee or soda to get you through their day.  Unfortunately, these stimulants only offer temporary relief from symptoms of fatigue and don’t address the root problem. In fact, they actually exacerbate fatigue and can cause long-term damage to the adrenal glands and digestive system.

Addressing the root cause is most important.

Try to:

  1. get enough sleep
  2. stay hydrated
  3. minimize stress
  4. and consume foods high in the nutrients you need for optimal function.
